2. Review our cancellation and refund policy:

Payment is due in full 2 weeks prior to the scheduled date of departure. You may receive credit for another trip (if there are spaces available) or a full refund if you call at least 7 days prior to the date of departure to cancel. Refunds may take up to one month to process. No credit or refunds will be issued if you call less than 7 days prior to the departure date to cancel. Similarly, we will not credit or refund fees paid if you do not complete your trip for any reason. Please be mindful that excessive last minute drop-outs and cancellations may cause the cancellation of an entire trip due to lack of participation.
